GOING OUT ON A HIGH NOTE
Yes, the fat lady has now sung and, depending on the mysteries of league admin, CPR's time in the spotlight may soon be over. But at least we went out on a high note.
For our final game we made the long trip way out west to play Nothern Town in a bottom-of-the-table, tail-end-of-the-season clash. All that was left to play for was pride, but that's one thing that CPR have always had in spades.
Stuart hit the opener after less than a minute, bagged himself a second, and 3 more came from Terry, Rachel and Sam as CPR ran out 5-2 winners. Read Peppers' Match Report
